Aftercare — Detailing

The Bay Behind
Every Car We Sell

Every car we sell goes through our own detailing bay before it reaches the forecourt. The same bay is available to book on its own — whether the car came from us or not.

Why it matters

Swirl Marks Are Washing Damage, Not Paint Damage

Most swirl marks and light scratches are not damage to the paint itself — they are damage to the lacquer over it, put there by poor washing. Machine polishing removes a controlled amount of that lacquer to level the surface, which is what brings the gloss back.

Because there is a finite amount of lacquer, and removing it is not something you can undo, we assess the paint depth first — every time, on every car. Then we take off exactly as much as the finish needs and no more.

Paint correction

Measured First, Then Corrected

The stage count follows the condition of the finish, not a menu.

First — always

Paint Depth Check

Lacquer is finite and removing it cannot be undone, so we assess the paint depth before any machine touches the car.

Before every correction

Stage — 01

Single Stage

For a tidy car — one machine-polishing pass to lift light swirl marks and bring the gloss back.

Priced per car — ask us

Stage — 02

Two Stage

Where the finish needs real work — more than a single pass can put right.

Priced per car — ask us

Stage — 03

Three Stage

The deepest correction we do, for finishes that need the most work — still within what the measured lacquer allows.

Priced per car — ask us

Which stage your car needs is decided by looking at it, not by a price list — tell us the car and what you are after and we will recommend one.

Interior work

  • 01

    Full Extraction

Carpets and cloth seats deep-cleaned by extraction, not surface-wiped.

  • 02

    Leather

Cleaned and conditioned rather than wiped over with a shine product.

  • 03

    Vents, Trim Seams & Switchgear

Done properly — most of what makes a cabin feel new again lives in these details.

  • 04

    Glass, Inside

Cleaned on the inside — the bit almost everyone skips.

Booking the bay

Turnaround depends on what the car needs. A full correction and interior is usually a two-day job, so we agree a slot rather than take the car in on spec.

Ring or WhatsApp us with the car and what you are after, and we will give you a price.

Yes — Ceramic Guard is applied on top of corrected paint, which is exactly what leaves the bay.
